This powerful documentary follows the intertwined journeys of Sean Carmeli, Jordan Ben-Simon, and Max Steinberg—three young men from the diaspora, raised worlds apart, united by one decision: to serve something greater than themselves.

Through personal video messages, family interviews, and frontline testimony, we experience their courage, their struggles as lone soldiers, and the painful aftermath carried by their families. We hear about missed phone calls, the challenges of army life in a foreign tongue, and the moment each parent was told the unthinkable.

Max’s funeral in Jerusalem drew over 30,000 strangers who stood shoulder to shoulder to honor a young man they never knew. The same outpouring of love was felt for Sean and Jordan, whose stories touched every corner of Israeli society.
